On Sunday – and again Monday morning – to stretch you out before the journey home, Sue Wood will be leading us in a soothing Vinyasa session.
Combining movement through flowing sequences and breathing, ending with deep relaxation, these sessions are sure to leave you so relaxed you’ll be horizontal.
Suitable for all ages and abilities! No mats are provided so please bring your own yoga mat, a towel or enjoy grounding yourself on the grass.
