Qigong means energy work and this workshop is an introduction to this beautiful ancient Chinese artform of moving meditation. Our Tai Chi leader Caroline will take us through some foundations and then lead a flowing and gentle moves designed to shift energy and blow away those cobwebs! This workshop is suitable for all ages and abilities as it is low impact. The moves can be done standing or sitting (ask for a seat!) and loose comfortable clothing is recommended.
