Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep, is a deep relaxation practice where you really get into your Yin. It requires nothing of you but to lie down, make yourself very comfortable, listen and give yourself the gift of rest and renewal. It can help relief chronic stress patterns, deeper sleep and promote healing. One session can leave you feeling as refreshed as a proper 40 winks!
